Simple and Effective Gas Monitoring

The Sycamore CEM (Continuous Emissions Monitor) is a flexible Hydrogen Sulfide Gas Monitoring System with full sampling capability. The CEM is a sophisticated system is configurable as a single, dual or three-point monitoring system and can be used to monitor the inlet, intermediate stage and outlet of odor control systems. By using advanced OdaLog Hydrogen Sulfide Gas Logger technology, the Sycamore CEM provides continuous 4 to 20 milliAmp output with real-time updates every 10 minutes for each point being monitored. The specially outfitted OdaLog(s) designed specifically for this application accurately measure H2S concentrations as low as 5 parts per billion (5 PPB). Each OdaLog is coupled with its own compact, dedicated sampling system to deliver the sample from a remote location to the instrument at the proper flow rate. The sampling system removes moisture from the sample stream and periodically purges any accumulated water. An optional sophisticated PID controller uses 4-20 MilliAmp output to provide feedback loop control of chemical additions.

Single Point – This system can be configured to measure from 5 ppb to 2 PPM, 0-20 PPM, 0-200 PPM, or 0-1000 PPM.

Two Point – Two OdaLogs are used within this system and each point can be configured to measure from 5 ppb to 2 PPM, 0-20 PPM, 0-200 PPM, or 0-1000 PPM.

Three Point – Three OdaLogs are used within this system and each point can be configured to measure from 5 ppb to 2 PPM, 0-20 PPM, 0-200 PPM, or 0-1000 PPM.
